1 Corinthians 15
Fear not death...for Christians, death is only a passageway to eternal life!
Read 1 Corinthians 15. Which part of 1 Corinthians 15 inspired you the most?

The Certainty of Christ’s Resurrection: 1 Cor. 15:3-4 has often been used as the definition of the “gospel message.” And the list of witnesses of Christ’s resurrection, especially when “most of whom are still living” (v.6), assures us that Christ’s resurrection is a reality. Why did Paul say, “if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith” (v.14)? How does Christ’s resurrection affect your faith?
-
The Certainty of Our Resurrection: The promise of our resurrection gives us confidence to face life’s difficulties, even death. As Paul proclaimed, “Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain” (v.58). List some of the discouragements that you are facing, and in what ways could the hope of resurrection help you stand firm?

Meditation and Application:
Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Thank God for the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ, which ensures our own resurrection; and commit all your struggles to Him. Memorize 1 Cor. 15:58. Take heart and stand firm!
