1 Corinthians 16
Don’t just grow old, grow up! Be mature in Christ and in love!
Read 1 Corinthians 16. Which part of 1 Corinthians 16 inspired you the most?
-
Be Involved: Paul grabbed hold of ministry opportunities regardless of oppositions (v.9). In what way have you encountered difficulties in the ministry? How did you deal with them? If you have not been involving in serving, what are some of the possible ministries in which you could get involved?
-
Be on Guard: Paul had been encouraging the Corinthians to be mature (14:20, 16:13), to stand firm (15:58, 16:13), and to be on guard (16:13). In what areas do you need to mature in Christ? What are some of the things that make you waver in faith? How then could you stand firm?
-
Be in Love: Paul reminded the Corinthians to “do everything in love (v.14). What are some of the hindrances for you to “do everything in love”? What can you do about it?
