2 Corinthians 2
Smell good for Jesus, work on your A-B-C!
Read 2 Corinthians 2. Which part of 2 Corinthians 2 inspired you the most?
-
The Love in Christ: It was out of love and with many tears that Paul admonished the Corinthians (v.4, “not to grieve you but to let you know the depth of my love for you”). Confrontation should never be done with hatred or in anger, but out of love. Examine your relationships and see if there’s any area that you need to work on so that love may abound.
-
The Triumph through Christ: We have confidence that God “always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ” (v.14). Do not be dismay in any circumstances, but trust in Him who always fights for us and grants us victory. With Him, we’re more than conquerors (Rom. 8:37). Cast all your cares upon Him and pray for victory over your present situation.
-
The Aroma of Christ: We are to spread everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of Him (v.14). In what way are you spreading God’s fragrance? Do your attitudes, behaviors, or characters (A-B-C) attract people around you? List down ways that you could be a more pleasing aroma of Christ.

Your own insight: (fill in yourself)
Meditation and Application:
Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Work on your A-B-C (i.e. attitudes, behaviors, and characters), so that you could be a more fragrant aroma of Christ in His triumphal procession.
