Read 2 Peter 3. Which part of 2 Peter 3 inspires you the most?

God’s Timing: “With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day” (v.8), we need to understand that God has His own timetable. How does that concept help you understand God’s will and His plan better?
-
God’s Patience: God does not want anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (v.9). Though God is righteous and He will judge the world, He is also merciful and wants to give humankind time to repent. In what way have you experienced God’s mercy and patience in your life?
-
Our Response: In light of the Lord’s imminent and unexpected return, Peter reminded his readers to “live holy and godly lives” (v.11) and to “make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Him (v.14). What changes do you have to make in your life in order to live a more holy and godly life, and to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Him?
