Acts 10
The gospel is for everyone. Freely we have received, freely give.
Read Acts 10. Which part of Acts 10 inspires you the most?

Cornelius’s Vision — God Reaches out to Those Who Seek Him: For those who seek God, even gentiles like Cornelius and the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8), God made a way to reach out to them. He “accepts men from every nation who fear Him and do what is right” (10:35). Take some time to praise and thank God for He does not show favoritism and is merciful to all.

Peter’s Vision — God Calls His People to be His Witness: God called Peter through a vision to reach out to Cornelius. In Peter’s recap of the gospel message, he recalled that the resurrected Christ only showed Himself to witnesses whom God had already chosen and commanded to preach and to testify for Him (10:41-42). Today, Christ has revealed Himself to us through the gospel and we too should share His Good News. Try to write you own testimony along with a presentation of the gospel, and pray for opportunities that you could share with the unbelievers around you.

Meditation and Application:
Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Think of several “Cornelius” in your life to whom you would like to reach out. Pray for them by name and think of ways that you could share the Good News with them.
