Paul's Dual Citizenship: Born a Citizen of Rome, yet Born Again as a Citizen of Heaven

Paul Recalled His Encounter with the Lord: Do you remember how you first encountered God? What were the circumstances and the people that God has arranged to draw you to Him? Where was your Road to Damascus? Who was your Ananias?
The Three Questions during the Encounter: “Who are you, Lord?”, “What shall I do, Lord?”, and “And now what are you waiting for?” Who is Jesus to you? How should you respond to Him? What action do you need to take in response to this encountering?
Paul’s 180° Change: Paul changed from a persecutor of “the followers of this Way” (22:4) to become “His witness to all men” (22:15) and an Apostle to the Gentiles (22:21). In what way(s) God has called you to change?
