Galatians 1
Know what you believe, whom you should please, and how you should change in order to bring praises to God.
Read through Galatians 1. Which part of Galatians 1 inspires you the most?
  1. A Pure Gospel: Paul was astonished that the Galatians were turning away so quickly from God to a different gospel. Are there any distractions in your life that would steer you away from God or from the truth? What are some of the practical steps that you could take to prevent yourself from falling away from the truth?

  2. A Clear Focus: Paul sought not the approval of men but that of God. In what way(s) have you been seeking human approval in the past (i.e. from employer, spouse, coworkers, teachers, etc.)? How would Paul’s assertion in v.10 encourage you?

  3. A Changed Life: Paul’s changed life brought praises to God (v.24). How has your life been changed after you accepted Christ. Has your “changed life” brought praises to God? Why or why not?

  4. Your own insight: (fill in yourself)

Meditation and Application:

Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Drop down areas that you would like to change in order to seek God’s approval and to bring praises to God. Pray for spiritual empowerment to carry out your plan.
