Revelation 15
The great, marvelous, righteous, true, glorious, holy, and powerful Almighty God is worthy of receiving glory and worship.
Read Revelation 15. Which part of Revelation 15 inspired you the most?
  1. The Song of the Victorious Saints:

a) God’s deeds are said to be great and marvelous (v.3). Recall God’s deeds in your life, in what ways you have experienced the great and marvelous deeds of God? Praise Him for His great and marvelous deeds.

b) God’s ways are said to be just and true (v.3). How has God been leading you and pathing your ways in the past? Thank Him for His leading and guidance.

    2. The Impending Judgement of the Lord: With the last seven plagues, God’s wrath will be completed. Note

the strong contrast in Revelation 15. On the one hand, it describes God’s wrath and judgement to a point that no one could approach the temple until the seven plagues are completed. Yet, on the other hand, we could see the victorious saints rejoicing and praising God beside the glassy sea (signifying God’s presence, cf. Rev. 4:6). Thank God for the privilege that we could approach Him; yet, pray for those who are lost and find ways to reach out to them.

    3. Your own insight: (fill in yourself)

Meditation and Application:

Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Write down at least 3 names of your non-Christian family members, relatives, or friends; as well as practical steps that you could reach out to them (e.g. pray for them every week, invite them to your small group, share the gospel with them, etc.).
