   2.  The Extend of God’s Judgment: What will happen during the tribulation is beyond our comprehension.

What would you do in response to the impending judgment in the last days (e.g. in your spiritual walk, in your relationship with others, in sharing the gospel, etc. Cf. 1 Thess. 5:6-10, 2 Pet. 3:9-14)?

   3.  The Delay of God’s Answer: As the martyrs cried out, “How long...until you judge the inhabitants of the earth

and avenge our blood?”, they were told to wait until the number of their fellow servants and brothers to be killed was completed. How do you feel if you were these martyrs? In your personal walk with God, have you experienced unanswered prayer (or the answer was delayed)? What happened and did you get to understand His plan eventually?

Meditation and Application:

Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Pray that you could be more alert and self-controlled, and be faithful in sharing the gospel, for the Day of the Lord is near.
