Revelation 9
Be sensitive to God’s prompting and submit to His good will.
Read Revelation 9. Which part of Revelation 9 inspires you the most?
-
Be Submissive: Whether it be the release of the demonic locust, the protection of those who have the seal of God, or the five-month torture on the unsealed, God will still be the one who is in full control. Reflect back on the ups and downs of your life, and see how God is sovereign and has made all things work together for good. Write down some of these experiences and in response, surrender your future to God and submit to His good will.
-
Be Sensitive: It is incomprehensible to see how the rest of the mankind that are not killed still do not repent. We need to be sensitive to God’s prompting through various means (e.g. His discipline, His words, the Holy Spirit, circumstances, etc.), and respond accordingly. Reflect upon things that God allows to happen around you and see how He has been speaking to you. Meditate on these promptings and see how you should respond to Him.

Meditation and Application:
Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Recognize God’s sovereignty and be sensitive to His prompting, and see if there are areas that you need to repent and change.
