Titus 3
New Birth, New Life, New Behavior...Do What is Good!
Which part of Titus 3 inspires you the most?
  1. Conducts of Christian Citizens: (a) subject to rulers and authorities, (b) obedient, (c) ready to do good, (d) slander no one, (e) peaceable, (f) considerate, and (g) show true humility toward all. Which of the above conducts do you find difficult to follow? What could you do to improve?

  2. Conducts of Old Self: (a) foolish, (b) disobedient, (c) deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures, (d) lived in malice and (e) envy, (f) being hated and (g) hating one another. Which of the above signifies your old way of living? How has God transformed you?

  3. Conducts of Believers: Paul wanted Titus to stress that believers need to devote themselves to doing what was good, for those things were excellent and profitable for everyone (v.8). When you read this passage, what are some of the “good things” that you’re convicted to do?

  4. Your own insight: (fill in yourself)

Meditation and Application:

Meditate on the above questions along with the necessary actions. Thank God for how He has transformed you from your old self to become heirs having the hope of eternal life (v.7).
